The Mission Statement at Frick Law is to provide premier service to all Frick Law clients through the implementation of the “Golden Rule Principle” in every aspect of a client’s experience with the firm. Josh Frick has learned through experience that clients primarily want to be heard, to be explained the applicable laws and procedures, and to receive an honest evaluation of their case. Clients, and potential clients, are almost always satisfied, and happy, if they are listened to, explained the positives and negative aspects of their case, and given an honest evaluation up front.
To accomplish that result, Josh Frick will be the point-of-contact for each and every client during the intake and sign-up procedure. The client will have an opportunity to express all of his/her questions and concerns about their case directly with Mr. Frick. Only through personal, one-to-one contact throughout the case, can a person be sure that their lawyer is fully and appropriately addressing all of their needs. Moreover, this approach ensures that even if Frick Law is unable to represent a client for whatever reason, the act of respecting someone’s time and legal concerns develops the trust that is nesessary in any attorney-client relationship.
